Vitamin D3 — track the fat-soluble total
Vitamin D helps regulate calcium balance, bone health, immune signaling, and muscle function. Because it is fat-soluble, total intake matters across standalone D3, multivitamins, and fortified products.

People often track only the obvious D3 capsule and miss the amount hiding inside a multivitamin or combo product.
Log each product that contains Vitamin D, then review your total daily IU/mcg exposure instead of judging one bottle at a time.
Too much Vitamin D can raise calcium levels and create real health risks. Talk to a clinician before high-dose use, especially with kidney disease, granulomatous disease, or medications that affect calcium.
